Travel Photo du Jour. [Something amiss in Quito, Ecuador]
While roaming the streets of Old Town in Quito, Ecuador we came across a very peculiar site. The San Francisco square was going through a few renovations. From afar it might be hard to notice anything different however, upon closer inspection, we noticed that the face of the church was just a facade. We were clearly a little perplexed. I guess a printed tarp is better than seeing a bunch of construction…

Haha that’s a very clever and creative idea! I rather kinda like how they’ve hidden what could otherwise be interpreted as an eyesore. p.s. I like that you included the head scratching moment as part of the photo.
