B&S Jazz Bar
B&S Jazz bar was our buddy William’s idea. At first we thought we had been tricked into coming to an empty bar to listen to William sing, but then we had a real treat. The unassuming and wicked talented Jazz trio gave us one of the best nights out on Pohang. All three of the musicians are rather famous in Korea and it was obvious why. We only had our little point and shoot camera with us but we had to showcase the band.
If you’re looking for live Jazz in Korea it turns out that Pohang is the spot. The location of B&S bar is tagged in the Google link on the top of this post. The band performs every Friday and we promise you that once you hear the lead vocalist you’ll instantly be glad that you made the journey out to B&S. They have a sturdy drink selection including gin and tonics, a rare treat in Pohang.
We give the trio out at B&S bar 10 out of 10, hands down.

Hey Andrew! It’s on the north side of Pohang. Like most places, we have no idea what the address is, only how to get there. It’s right across from the Changpojugong 2 Danje Apartment. I believe there’s a Giant Step that’s on the same street. Haha I know that’s a little vague but I hope it helps. Where in Pohang do you live? We still have a lot of friends there that you might know. 🙂
